Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area where wood textures meet modern comfort. Relax by the electric fireplace, watch your favorite show on the Smart TV, or enjoy a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

On the main level, a tranquil bedroom with soft bedding and a Smart TV provides a peaceful night’s rest, while a full bathroom offers both style and practicality. Upstairs, the open loft becomes a game lover’s haven with a pool table, arcade game, and shuffleboard. The second bedroom and bathroom on this floor offer privacy and comfort for additional guests.

Outdoors, you’ll find three spacious decks that bring the beauty of the Smokies right to your doorstep. Soak in the hot tub, relax on the swinging daybed, or sip your morning coffee while listening to the gentle hum of the forest.

Whether you’re chasing adventure, quiet mornings, or unforgettable sunsets, Treetop Hideaway invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and savor the view — high among the treetops.

Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
